Movares is working with network manager TenneT on new build and renovation projects.
Rainroad, solution for heatwaves and extreme rainfall
Climate change is increasing the risk of heatwaves and extreme rainfall. The consequences are severe in towns and cities. Movares has designed an integrated approach to mitigating those consequences. Rainroad consists of a water tank installed under a pavement. The tank stores excess rainwater and allows water to evaporate.
PLC Interlocking
Movares worked with ProRail to develop and obtain approval for a complete new interlocking.
Oostelijke Langstraat development
Working with BRO and Goudappel Coffeng, Movares is conducting the entire planning operation for the Oostelijke Langstraat project for the province of Noord-Brabant.
New Botlek bridge
ProRail asked Movares to use its expertise to ensure that road and rail traffic could pass safely over the New Botlek bridge.
Movares advises on historic quayside quarter
The Belgian city of Antwerp has commissioned Movares Water to provide advice on managing wharves in the old city centre.
