Latvian Railways (LDz) have drawn up an FIDIC contract with a number of partners, including Siemens, for the modernization of Šķirotava Freight Marshalling Yard near Riga.
LDz asked Witteveen+Bos to provide project and contract management services, and Witteveen+Bos asked Movares to provide an expert in this field.
Advising on the design, building and testing of the new system.
