Ello’s strength is organising and conducting searches to find solutions to complex railway operations and safety problems. With his comprehensive knowledge of railway traffic and extensive experience in (quantitative) modelling, he is able to act as an effective linking pin.
Ello works as a consultant and safety manager but also coaches other professionals. He specialises mainly in safety management, railway capacity and probability and statistics.
